Suite delle Rose
The charming Suite delle Rose is located on the ground floor in the main farmhouse building. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of an atrio which seperates the living areas. The large master bedroom has a stunning original arch window which overlooks the garden and beautiful village of Santa Luce, a spacious living room and a big bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The suite has its own private shady portico with a bespoke wrought iron table and chairs and a hammock. The portico leads directly onto the garden and lawn.

Suite del Tramonto
The beautiful Suite del Tramonto is located on the first floor of the main farmhouse and mixes the charm of the traditional Tuscan style with modern elements. The suite offers a large bedroom with gorgeous views of the medieval village and original stone walls, a comfortable living room and a large bathroom with walk-in shower made from a local stone called Pietra Serena.
It has its own private terrace which offers stunning panoramic views over the hills and is the perfect place from which to admire the exceptional sunsets the suite is named after.

Suite delle Farfalle is a beautiful suite situated in a recently built annex of the main farmhouse constructed in perfect harmony with the existing building yet using the prinicples of bio-architecture.. Perfect for a couple it's a spacious suite made up of a large living area, a private bathroom with a shower and an evocative master bedroom on a mezzanine level, which makes the most of the extraordinarily high ceilings whilst highlighting the traditional terracotta and wood roofing.
The suite has an independent entrance and a large outdoor patio area which leads straight onto the gardens and lawns. Every detail of the suite is carefully and lovingly chosen to fill the suite with charm whilst giving out homely, comforting vibe.

Suite dei Pappagalli is an elegant suite situated in a recently built annex of the main farmhouse and designed by a talented architect. The ceilings are exceptionally high with traditional Tuscan wooden beams and terracotta roofing which makes the suite airy and full of light.
The suite has an independent entrance and a large outdoor patio area which leads straight onto the gardens and lawns whilst inside it's made up of a large living area with a double sofa bed, a private bathroom with a cromotherapic shower and an ample master bedroom situated on a mezzanine level. One of the most important parts of the stay at Podere Il Fornacino is attention to detail. Everything from the paintings and antique prints to the ornaments, books and textiles help to create atmosphere and character.

Suite delle Ginestre is a peaceful suite situated in a private area of the main farmhouse where no other guests have access to so it's perfect for a romantic getaway.
The suite has an independent entrance reached by a flight of stairs and a gorgeous balcony with breathtaking views of the valley. Inside is incredibly light and airy as there are windows on every side of the room offering stunning views of the rolling Tuscan hills from every angle.
The suite is made up of a large double bedroom and a very spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi bath.

Brekkie!
We are proud of breakfast at Podere il Fornacino. We believe they should be substantial and set you up for the day. We serve a variety of dishes prepared early every morning and changing daily. Our free-range animals provide us with eggs and charcuterie, our goats supply milk which we make into cheeses, and seasonal fruits and vegetables are made into delicious hot and cold dishes. We hope you will find it a wonderful, relaxing start to your day. If you are feeling lazy, there's no need to do more than take your coffee the few steps to the deckchairs around the pool to chat, watch the children, or lay back and enjoy the Tuscan sun. Starting at around 9 am there's something for everyone, wether you prefer continental, light breakfast or enjoy the full-monty with everything from fried eggs to stir-fryed vegetables, cakes and freshly baked cookies.
