Ingredients straight from our farm
we try to use as much as humanly possible only ingredients that we find on our farm or can source locally.
Produce such as tea and sugar is fairtrade registered and organic.
Everything is cooked or baked espresso and we are always happy to cater for special wishes and we love when people give us ideas for dishes.
